i was thinking the same thing. i thought the vipers left the porche behind. great vid strangelove!

I would think the viper prob. pulled out a little too soon, by say, 2 seconds. That unfortunately let the GT3 drafted behind it... The other possibility is that the viper did dust the GT3 at higher speed, but because of the slow car on the right, he had to brake a little early which, gave the chance of GT3 catching up as Porsche have better braking. I never driven the ring, but the corner at the end of the 180+ straight is not easy to manage.
