Vancouver s2ki members hold an annual fall/winter meet
each year with outstanding turn outs. This year we invite members
from south of the boarder to join us.
I want this to be the biggest turn out of s2000's and hopfully
we can acheive this goal

Vancouver, is great. I'd recommend a day trip out of it.
Most of the Seattle crew is a bit older, so I am going to guess they would rather see Granville Island, Stanley Park, English Bay, and Robson St during the day, hit the meet, grab dinner, and head back afterwards on the empty highway.

I do the drive 1-2x per month (Vancouver to Tacoma) and it's really not that bad if you plan it right (traffic wise). Vancouver is a special city and the border is a non-issue if you have a Passport or even a DL & BC.
