It was nice meeting y'all this past weekend! I'd post up my pics but they are essentially the same. Post up the go-pro vids!

Y'all shoulda let the replica CR join ya! Looks like you guys had fun.

Or maybe some of us other guys.....we promise we will try to keep up on the drive
Dam if your car is making that much horsepower I may just have you tow me and save the gas lol. I assume chasing you will be equally as futile as trying to keep up with Junky on the Leavenworth mountain pass was. Planning on setting up some “everybody and everything” club drives in July hope you guys can come out.

Its ok, you will catch Rob in the turns

Hmmmm..... funny you should say that because as your car sits now...... I believe they would catch you in the parking lot

Here's my GoPro video from the drive, it was my first time trying out my GoPro so it's not setup well... but at least it recorded, right?

First part of vid it Sounds like your driving on railroad tracks wtf

Also I must be getting old lol. Whats up with taking up the oncoming lane around corners in the first part of vid? I hate to get old and "preachy" and maybe it was just the camera angle, but I figure I should say something. I like to put on drives, and I like to go fast with solid guys, but not with unconsciousness people, that leads to accidents. This is a real pet peeve of mine. Try and stay in your lane, its actually more fun because it pushes the car harder. If you have to cut into the on coming lane at all around a corner to keep pace, then your driving too fast for your car. Get better tires/mod the car ...or mod your driving and keep it in your lane. Have fun but be smart about it I say

I agree on corner entry and mid corner, but I think I'm guilty of going wide after the apex on a good right hander as long as I have a sight line, but I'm sure as hell not going in hot enough to depend on going that wide

Lol I think we have all been guilty of lane violations at one point or another. I have driven with Skibbz plenty of times and can assure you his driving skills are solid. Usually when I am following a group of cars on roads I have never been on before I make a few mistakes or run wide especially if I am the last car in a yo-yo train of cars. I was leading and I think in this case my over familiarity with my home turf roads probably made things difficult for the following cars. The reason I chose those roads is because of their low traffic (I think we passed maybe four cars going the other way) however I should have probably adjusted the pace to account for road unfamiliarity either way we had a good time, didn’t piss off any locals and all cars and drivers survived. I can remember more lane hogging passing maneuvers required of some members vainly attempting to chase a certain supercharged S2000 on previous drives.
