Default front license plate - required?

Hey everyone,

In Washington state, is it required to display front license plates? Or is the rear one enough?

The front plate really spoils the otherwise clean look of the S2000 and I'm wondering if I can just remove 'em...

Anyone got a ticket for this?? ...

Required by law, variably enforced, $101 fine.

I've had many officers tell me to put one on, but I ignore it with no tickets so far.

I havn't seen a single C6 so far with one.

I dont have one on. Been like this for 2 years. Was pulled over for it the first time last week - given a warning, but threatened a $60 ticket (not $101, weird).

just get the ricks, looks good and flows more air into your AC.

I agree I dont see many people with plates in the area with modified cars.

i got a ticket once... when you renew your tabs, corresponding documents state that you're required to put the plate on the front whilst stickers can be just put on the rear.
