dan's sale is pending... when he bought his car, it didnt come with the cover.

the cover for sale in this thread is for another friend who had bought an '04 S2000 and later gave it up in favor for an '04 M3.

 

I have one of those that I've never liked or used. If there is a demand for them, I'd be willing to part with it.

 

Good price. I sold MY02 cover for $60.

 

The prudent thing to do, is get the cover back to its rightful owner. Not sell it. I

 

Used car. As-is. Parting out any accessories is legit unless you promised 'em as part of the sale.

The tonneau cover costs more than $800 if you buy it from the dealer. So if it is important to you that your used car comes with one, insist on it or negotiate an $800 price break.

But if you buy the used car "as-is" and the cover isn't included and it hasn't been promised as being included, then as-is means as-is. What's the problem?
