Sorry Mike, I still call BS. "you're just gonna have to believe me" only works in politics. I am an engineer, I work in facts.

Show me a different part number, tell me what part is different, or show me a picture, or a thread on S2ki of other people talking about this.

Otherwise we can confirm at this roundup if we can get a CR to show up.

Dude, don't get mad. I don't give a f**k that you're an engineer, don't rub that sh!t in my face..... So pump your brakes. And no, I'm not a politician. but I play one on tv.

The hardtop rear windshield brackets:

85400-S2A-010

85450-S2A-010

By putting it on a CR, it will do damage to the fairing. I've worked with body shops, seen it happen twice so far. (unless it's been removed previous) If you find out that I'm wrong and that it does apply to the CR, then I will admit that I'm wrong. Keep in mind, I never said I was right.

Spets, Mike does work at a Honda dealership. I'd tend to trust him about things like this...

That said, I'd be interested in stopping by, as I've always been curious how much the OEM top helps with the blind spot.

yah and now i wanna put a CR top on mine to see the difference.

it sounds like we have some interst so lets throw out some dates & location options. I propose not this weekend since its so sunny id hate to have a HT on my car.

how about the week of the 24th? note: i cant make the 18th but dont let that stop anyone. parking garage at the landing is popular and the security is nice and accommodating.

NOTE: as standard for this, if you act like a jackass doing burnouts and such the rest of us are gonna kick your ass out.

Sorry mike. All I see from you were icons, so I figured you were some hippie somewhere, I didn't know you worked for a dealer. I just don't tend to trust random statements on the internet without at least something backing it up.

My apologies. It would be interesting to see how different those brackets are.

Carry on...

Mike doesn't work at a dealership... He runs it like a boss. I seen him in action. As far as tops go I too would like to see some color variations on all the s2k.
