I'm guessing not many people have one laying around? If it was, it's probably a deadweight.

Buy a new battery.

not a fan. look at their cold cranking amps, or CCA. its really low. its on the low end of what the cheapest battery at autozone has. unless you have a need for a depcycle battery i wouldnt bother.

Just buy a $50 autozone battery. If you want weight savings, get a lithium ion battery ($$).

Odyessey PC680MJ user here. Weighs 15.4lbs and has 680cca WIN WIN WIN

It's strong enough to crank over my truck engine for gods sakes! Also it won't ever spill since it's not a lead/acid.

Good luck finding as good of a battery for the price. The optima isn't a light battery anyway, it's quite heavy.

I know a fair deal about optima batteries and let me just say, the optima does NOT belong in the S2000. Completely the wrong application for one. In the indoor karting business I've been through literally hundreds of yellow top optimas, great battery but they're huge and the benefits the bring are mostly useless in the S2K.
