Anybody runnin' their S without the front license plate? I'm just wondering because I just purchased my AP1 last month and right now I'm debating if I should order the license plate hole plugs.

 

i have been since i owned it almost. on my wifes TSX too. now that i think about it, on all my cars i take if off. i've NEVER been hastled, but that doesnt mean you wont be.

 

I haven't had a front plate on any of my cars for a while. Even the STI (which cops love to hate), and I was never pulled over... at least not for that.

I've had the S for about 6 months now and have never had any problems. Up to you though...

 

I can't seem to remember -- has this ever been asked before? More than once every two weeks, I mean?

apparently, i must be the only one that got a ticket for no front plate...... yeah, yeah, i know you guys heard it from me before........

 

I haven't had much driving time in my S yet, just got it towards the end of summer, but I'm not sporting a front plate and I've cruised by cops a few times, no problems.

My plan is to try to chat the cop up and show him that I have the plate in my trunk, I just don't have all the hardware to mount it yet and hope that I just get a fixit ticket if I ever get pulled over for it.

 

Dude, they aren't stupid. Well, not more than average anyway.
