Default little modification advice

ok heres the deal,

since im going back to school i dont want to be screwing with my car or having to buy a new one and dealing with a large sum of cash goin out on me. so im gonna keep my little Justy around for a while longer. what im thinking is putting like....300ish in parts and such into the car to make it more comfortable and a more reliable car.

heres the list of new parts on it already

starter
alt
rad
waterpump
clutch
plugs
cap
wires
dist rotor
air filter
motor mounts
axles
HD radio CD player
new speakers in front and some custom mounted 6.5's in the hatch
cup holder
heated drivers seat yah...just mine
everything else works.

could use some new brakes due to a wobble when the middle pedal gets pressed. kicker: the pads are still really new. im thinking they got warped somehow. should i just replace the rotors and no pads and call it good?

the rear brakes need done so thats gonna get turned drums, new shoes and new wheel cylinders.

im thinking my left over money should go to a stereo or some other sort of creature comfort item to make the car more driveable/comfortable.

whats it run to get the seat foam rebuilt on a seat?

any suggestions?
