Default Local alternative to Dent Wizard?

I have two very faint dents in the front fender area. Dent Wizard quoted me $135.

I've heard of others on the board telling me how they used services that would actually come out to their cars to do the job. Dent Wizard is set up more like a body shop with garages. Wondering if you guys know of any cheaper places to get these two puppies out.

Thanks,
Ben

I did it through Acura of Bellevue for our TL. They did a great job, and it was less than what you quoted. I don't know if they would do a non-Acura, but you could always ask.

Best of luck.

I had a small dent in the rear quater panel. Lynnwood Honda fixed it right up at no cost. At that point I'd only had the car for about 4 weeks. I don't know how the dent happened, they didn't ask. They did a real nice job. Can't see it at all now. So far I've been happy with Lynnwood Honda. I haven't had my first service yet, so I'll see how they do with that.

Carol, that's mighty impressive. I got mine fixed today and Bellevue Honda did not do it for free. Instead they had the Dent Wizard guy charge me $100 instead of the orginally quoted $135. Dennis Bennett hooked me up. I recommend him as a service advisor. He used to deal with the Audi S4 guys when he was over at the other dealership.

Went the extra step for me.

I had a dent repaired at bellevue honda less than a year ago. They had some other mobile dent repair person come out and do the job. At that time it wasn't the dent wizard but some other outfit. I was not pleased at all about the work and I had them redo it and it still wasn't perfect. On the other hand, the time I've been to dent wizard he got it totally out. The only reason I went to bellevue was in case it needed airbrushing. Anyway, it's good to hear they fixed it ok.

If I get any more dings, I'm not going to shell out another $100 to get them out. I'm hoping to get thru this new car love phase sometime soon cuz it's just not worth the mental/financial hassle.

But if anyone needs a mobile Dent Wiz guy, just let me know. He'll give steep discounts in comparison to the Dent Wiz shop on Northup Way, Bellevue.
