Default new to the forums

im a new guy that doesnt own an s2k. i am currently looking for one. i have a 99 2dr accord 4cyl 5spd. its ok its got a little pep. is there anything to look for when looking for an s2k???

Make sure it was never nicknamed "Swampbuggy".

Just like any other car, look at mileage, history, price, etc. Nothing special to worry about, IMO.

yea, i found an s2k in sumner selling for 2000 dark grey 17k, 77k miles, clean title, BUT its already modified. it has some decent looking front bumper, CAI with heat wrap, DC sports headers, lowered (unknown brand), cf center console, and cf cooling plate, and 17" rims.
is 17k worth it? with that many miles?

nah, didn't have to sue. He was too affraid to go back to jail. He said something about meeting some bald old guy that made him do unmentionable things on his knees. LOL

watch out for the diffs. their the weak link. mine went out about 6k ago. upgraded to a comptech diff and richmond 4.56 gear. spendy.

The transmission and the differential are the only parts on the S2000 I haven't broken. Your results may vary.
