Default Not Guilty!

Had a telephone court hearing today. Two officers testified against me. The judge saw things my way. :whew:

I thought this was a lost cause and didn't even bother hiring an attorney.

It for sure wasn't a looking "too cool" ticket. I was driving a Kia Optima!

30+ in a 20. $200+ ticket.

wow.. this is expensive ticket for this amount of speed. Is it under "wroking zone, double fine" or something like this?

if you don't mind, would you like to share how you win? What arguments did you use? How come the judge look at your way? I am trying to increase my knowledge base in case I got the same ticket in the future.

glad to hear things went your way Jeff. As I was leaving class today, I spotted a shoreline cop in his usual spot near the local high school...I cruised by at 17mph and waved

Those school kids are young and spry, they should be able to jump out of the way!
