State troopers broke out a vehicle's window and used a Taser on the driver after he locked himself in the car with a pit bull during a routine traffic stop in Mountlake Terrace Wednesday afternoon.
The driver, a 45-year-old Olympia man, refused to roll down his window or comply with troopers' because he said he was a "constitutionalist," said Keith Leary, spokesman for the Washington State Patrol.

with all the stuff going down lately, and the trooper shot this morning, this guy was lucky that they didn't take more agressive measures.
this is not the time in history to be a smart ass with the cops, just cooperate, and make their jobs easier, and everyone's expirience a lot safer
