Default Oil Changes

I know I have read a post in the past regarding best place for service and oil changes, however for some reason I couldn't find it through the search.

So where is the best place on the Eastside to get this type of work done? Dealership prefered (I think)...

Thanks,
Matthew

Bellevue Honda. There are now open 24hrs, so you can even have you car serviced at midnight if you so desire.

I would recommend JerryPeterson. They are not open 24 hrs but you can make him open 24 hrs. Just show up saying you will play Halo after the oil change.

Talking about oil change, really, when should a normal s2000 change oil? I have heard 3750 miles but I have heard 7500 miles. I am not talking about Jerry or RT's s2k but I mean a normal s2k with a normal person.

Honestly, it is more important to change your filter than to change your oil, especially if you are running synthetic. But oil is cheap. An entire oil change doesn't cost much more than filling up with a tank of 92+ octane, these days. My advice would be 3750, oil and filter.

My recommendation is to do it yourself if you have place and tools. It's another part of getting to know you car better.

So will Bellevue Honda put in Synthetic? Besides asking for Jerry anything else I need to specify?

LOL! Maybe you should Jerry, on a volunteer basis. Other people can volunteer you to work on cars for them. We just need to get a H logo to hang above your garage, which is in Bellevue.

I'll be at Honda of Bellevue tomorrow for an oil change on my car... So far they're the only place I've had do service work on my last two S2K's and they've done pretty well...
