I explored Mercer a while back and found a few nice roads ... Along with a few cops. LOL
I went for a drive Saturday afternoon and ended up driving around Mercer. The drive was pretty nice; no traffic in front at all until near the end going north on the west side. There were a quite few bicyclists on the road and a few people walking as well.

I can't imagine a pack of S2000's driving through that quiet community without attracting a lot of attention though!

depends on the time, if you just want to enjoy the road, have the top down "cruizing" in broad day light at speed limit, it may be fine... (I rather go take a nap than doing that though. )

Don't do any group drive over there, everytime me and buddies went there, we had someone got pulling over. Well, lowered cars, honda, loud exhaust, no front lic. plate just the right recipe of getting ticket.

just FYI.

^^^ yeah too bad, more then a couple of us and it spells trouble, those are some great banked tight turns through there though. I decided to drive it this Monday , I was lucky it was virtually uninhabited this time. The cops hang out in several driveways at the apex of many of those turns when present. You can see through the trees if they are there though, having it be winter probably helps visibility some. I just cruise close to the speed limit so I can see whats ahead and then just don't slow down for the turns. 25-35mph on those 10mph turns that are banked is pretty damn fun. Just have to be mindful a bit and keep an eye out for bicycles as well.

I'm always up for another drive.
