I searched through the PacNW forum and couldn't find anything recent for paint shops up here in the North Seattle area.

Just looking for someone to paint the BYS wing I just picked up.

Any shops you have dealt with and had a good result?

I have been calling around for a few hours now and most shops want me to bring the car in even though the part is not installed before they give me an estimate.

The best deal I have gotten so far is $150 from American Auto Painting.

that's standard procedure dude. they're protecting your interests as well as theirs.

it's not like everyday they have an s2000 guy with a wing called backyard special.

think it thru man. get a grip on yourself and invest a little time in this. if you're on a budget, just go do it with a spray paint can. you'll get what u pay for in quality and after-service.

not sure, but i'd guess $300-$400 installed?

he's not cheap, but he does great work and is always available at the shop to pick up a phone call from you or host you while you make a quick visit, etc. you can trust his business. that's worth the extra $ to me.

nah, he's a legit business... wont' dot aht under the table stuff to the best of my knowledge.

 

do you travel southbound on mukelteo speedway alot? i think i have seen you there. a few weeks ago i was in my 04 silverstone top down and there was a white viper behind us? was that you in the other silver s2k?

 

No, most likely that was not me. I haven't been on the speedway since last summer.
