PCA adventures
I was instructing at the PCA skills day today, and who did I see get in line for a burger? Liggy! He was there for the PCA autocross event.
And oh yeah, let's see if he can post up some pictures of the car that was in my run group. The one all the instructors were eager to hop in to just so they could say they rode in one.

...997 GT2?
Unbelievable car. In the ABS braking excercise, the car stopped like a Navy plane catching the arrestor cable. So quick in the slalom. Just an amazing car.

Good seeing you, Mike. Now I understand why you do this. Cute chicks in Porsches.

Auto-x was fun. Pretty fast course. I was very lucky to get some incredible instruction from Jeff Barstow. That guy is just amazing.

The annual women drivers skills day is even nicer.
See the PCA website. August, I think.
I taught at the women's day last year, and it looked to me like all of the participants were having a great time. Of course, it usually looks like that anyway. If Hayley is at all interested, I recommend taking the class.
No Porsche is required, but membership in a local car club is (PCA, NWARC, BMWCCA, Audi, Corvette, etc.). I don't think Tacos counts as membership in a club, although it should.
Not that I'm suggesting anyone lie, but I don't honestly know if they check your claimed membership status when you register.
