buying car from other states how does that work? you pay sales tax there and you pay sales tax here too?

Where you title it in is where you pay taxes. So once i titled it in washington i paid the sales tax here. If i titled it in oregon i wouldnt have had sales tax i wish i knew someone in oregon!!
