Point Huskies!
My dad and I went to the NCAA regional volleyball tournament tonight. It was a blast. Both the UW and Penn State swept their opponents.
The UW is ranked third in the country but seeded sixth in the tournament, and Penn State is ranked fifth in the country but seeded third in the tournament. Penn State is taller and looks like a very tough opponent, but the Huskies do have the advantage of home court and a loud and enthusiastic crowd.
The defending NCAA national champs play again Saturday at 6pm for a slot in the Final Four.

Huskies win again. Third Final Four in three years. Penn State was really tough, and every game was close, but the Huskies had Courtney Thompson, and that was the difference. 3-1 Washington.
