Default Pre PIR alignment Qs

I'm thinking of having my alignment checked/set before doing the driver training at PIR this weekend and I'm looking for some advice. I got the car used a few months back and haven't had the alignment checked. I'm thinking I'll have the Honda UK settings done.

Anybody have a favorite shop to do alignments in the Seattle Eastside area? What should I expect price and time to do the work to be? Other suggestions on alignment settings? Thanks.

Omni in Totem Lake or Fordahl Motorsports in Bellevue would be the best places for the alignment jobs.

Suggestions:
Camber: 2.1 negative rear
0.5 negative front

Caster: as much as can be dialed in on the front
5.0+

Toe: rear 1/4" in

Within stock tolerances otherwise. I'd trust what the boys at either of these shops before you take my word for it though.

I've heard the same two places recommended.

For settings you might try this:

Honda (UK) Recommended Optimum Specification

Front
Caster Left 6
