Proformance track days
Proformance has listed lapping days in late Nov and early Dec. If you sign up, you get put on a list. A few days beforehand they decide whether to hold the event and which day to hold it on, based on the forecast. If you want to go, you pay the regular price. If you don't, you just say no. No obligation for signing up.
Last year they did a few days like that in Jan and Feb, and they were some of the best track days of the year. Only the real hard-core types showed up, and often they had less than 25 people so they just went "open track".

I still pondering if I should go or not... but really not interested sitting in rain and being cold. (driving with windows down??) But love driving in Rain as I learnt much more.....

I'm signed up. That doesn't mean I'm going. It will depend on the forecast and work obligations and exactly which day the event gets scheduled for.
