i've heard the Goodyear F1's are pretty darn good.
I have also heard that. But I'm running S03s year rouns, and I'm not inclined to mess with what works.

Goodyear.... dude just can't get over the brand name and the sidewall design. if you're spending mucho bux on performance tires, make sure they stick and look pretty while doing it.

I run Pilot Sport 2s. They're great in the wet, even on a wet Pacific Raceways track. Standing water is another matter. I had a scary drive up to Vancouver BC through a downpour two weekends ago. Major hydroplaning even at the speed limit.

I had the exact same thing Monday. The "dude just slow down" crowd don't get it, I don't want to have to drive scared if another tire will help keep me on the road. The RE050's also suck in the cold, below freezing I have a hard time getting out of my driveway without spinning them. You can either believe that everyone that crashes one of these cars is a bad driver, and you are just better/smarter than them (seems arrogant, but whatever), or you can believe that the car is pretty easy to crash and take reasonable measures to avoid it. I would consider a good rain/winter tire a reasonable measure, along with slow down and learn to drive. Thanks for the input, I think I'll try the Fuzions.

wahahha after all that he says he'll try the fuzions

DUDE if you're leveling the act of spending additional monies on another set of tires that perform just fine in seattle weather to just simply tweaking driving habits which comes at no cost (slowing down, being smooth)... well enjoy your pimp set of fuzions and continue to drive according to the weather conditions.
