Default Re-Introduction...

hey guys,
i used to have a 2004 Silverstone S2k which i sold about 5 months ago. Why i sold it, i don't know.
Last week i just bought a 2002 Sebring Silver S2k. i'm back to the owner's circle. I hope to make it out to another Taco Tuesday sometime.

Obviously you realized that the 2002 Sebring was the pinnacle of S2000 perfection.

How are you liking the AP1 vs AP2? Any glaring differences beyond the rev limit and power band?

i like the ap1 more than the ap2.
the ride seems softer in this one but right now i have all season tires on the oem 16's whereas i had sportier tires on wider aftermarket 17's on the ap2.

the Gear box doesn't seem as precise as the ap2 but that could just be me.

i feel as if the rear end came out alot easier on the ap2 but i also drove that one a lot harder... i've learned how to control myself some more on the street and would love to get out to the track next year. i also want to autocross more than the 2 times i did with the ap2.

also... the extra 1k in the band is amazing... it's like it keeps on going and going... just a great feeling.

Only for the cool kids. Sorry, it wasn't supposed to be mentioned on a public board.
