Default Renton Honda

So they managed to not tighten the oil filter when they changed my oil, oil all over the place. I go back to complain, and the best that they can do for me is "check everything and top it off". Didn't even give me a god damn refund or anything.

WTF?

Even though they are by far the most convenient for me, I stopped going there a couple years ago when they totally pissed me off while failing to work on my CRX's alternator problem.

I had earlier stopped taking my S2000 there when they made it clear that they could not handle working on anything that had been modified for track use (even as simple as DOT-4 brake fluid).

They did do a goodwill comp on my CRX years ago and on my S2000 fuel filler neck replacement a couple of years ago. Some of their techs are competent and friendly, and some are not (IMO, of course).

That's where I bought my S2000 back in 2001. It's not where I bought my Element this year.

I wasn't treated very well by their sales department. Went in to work a price on a new S2k a month ago and they guaranteed that I wouldn't find an S below invoice at any dealership. Didn't even take much time to deal with me. Guess they didn't want to sell a car so I bought it somewhere that did.

My family has brought 3 cars from them, 2 brand new... They have no sense of customer service.

Yeah I considerd working there a few years ago...I put in my Resume wich included 2 years of Honda PACT training and 6 years at a local Acura dealer and Full Acura master tech with NSX certification...the best they could offer was working the overnight shift....I guess they really didn't care about having good techs..not to blow my own horn but I was suprised because I had other dealers calling me and asking if I wanted to work for them....JZ
