what about the odor/stench

Caviar to sushi aroma is well aged. But it can still be an aquired taste for some. Enjoy it with some bubbly.

Week old tuna... I guess you could season to taste with fresh pickle and mayonnaise if your on a college student budget. But I wouldn't recommend it.
