I'll save Jerry some breath as i'm sure he's shaking his head with the first question hahah.

Yeah they will "work" as far as mount up, you do relize the stock rear on an ap1 is 7.5" The rear end on that car is already tail happy. Some advice for you, last thing you want to do is put skinnier wheel/tires on it. With the right camber/ wheel offset measruments and tire dimentions you can stuff 11.5"/10" And easily accomidate 9"/8" which is the typical.

I wouldnt do it. But If you like those wheels at least get the same size in back, your going wider in front by .5 and less .5 in back. Bad idea

Front bore is 70mm
Rear bore is 64mm

Given the delta in bore size with the Rotas it would be good idea to install hub centric rings. They'll cost $30-60 each depending on the vendor. You will need to purchase four.

+40 on a 7" wheel is an all around bad idea. This is a wheel designed for a Miata, not an S2000. Very Ghetto. The clowns are coming soon.

One other thing. Be sure to check how the lug nuts seat. If it is not spherical, then you will need to purchase those as well.
