o I got it now......what about for street bike.......does PIR have many events or any club I can join?

You must be from Portland?

To be honest, I know there are races at PIR for amatuers frequently, but I am not sure what direction to point you in. I would start with their website.

I might be bias as we used to have a CBR 600. It's definitely one of the best bike for beginner up to intermediate level. It's also good for small asian guy

There's a really nice small track around here for you to test your bike.

I would highly recommend going to watch at PR this Sunday if that is what is going on. I was all set to jump into bike racing years ago, but after I went to a few events I chickened out!

I am pretty sure the race at Westwood (Coquitlam) was the turning point for me, seeing the bikes enter the braking zone from the back straight, holly schmolly.
