I have had my S for a full month now and in the past couple of weeks I have driven two other cars besides my S and there are a couple of things I have gotten used to which make me think I will never want to get rid of it. The major thing (I would think would be a minor thing) is the gauges. I drove my bosses TSX and I felt like my brain was going crazy looking at the three gauges separtely. I was spending more time bouncing between the tach to the spedometer then I was looking at the road. And when I was looking at the road I felt like I was driving a cruise ship. I was going crazy the whole time thinking I was either going to hit the curb or a car in the other lane, it is even worse in my fiance Element.
Then there is the power. I know the S is not the fastest car on the road but It feels like something is wrong with a car when I step on the gas and it I don't get the feeling of "ALRIGHT HERE WE GO!"
The S has corupted my feeling that a car takes you from point a to point b.
I can't wait to see what this car does to me when I go FI

Try driving a Prius. Thennnn tell me how boring it is. Although, I must say the initial acceleration is a bit peppy ... For all of 3 seconds. I may not feel AS secure taking turns as I do in the S, but I sure did have fun driving up to whistler and back (and not filling up once for gas)
