Default Shop recommendations

My check engine light came on and I just got the cylinder misfire error code...I think it was 301, 302, 303. I have put in new spark plugs and valve adjustment done.

The codes are still there and I'm not sure where to take my car to get the problem fixed. Does anyone have any shop recommendations?

.......... did you clear the codes and they came back or did they just not "go away"?

My mechanic cleared the codes after checking the plugs and adjusting the valves but he said that they are still in the precodes...so he said it will come back.

wtf? You're making this hard ...... so you don't have the CEL right now?

"They are still in the precodes" or did they show back up in the "precodes" shortly after they were cleared?
How long before these showed back up in the "precodes"?
Were any of your spark plugs really loose?
Were any of your valve clearances really tight?
Does your car idle smoothly?
Is your "mechanic" or are you past/present tense challenged?

If the CEL shows up again, do a Compression Test, and if it doesn't, do nothing as your "mechanic" lets the smoke in his crystal ball dissipate!
