I had the check written several weeks ago, and the envelope addressed. But then I couldn't get a convenient hotel room, and the hassle and cost didn't make sense any more. Plus, it's new moon weekend this weekend, and I'm into astrophotography, so I hoped for clear skies. And I have some work which makes it impossible to go out Thursday, and difficult to go out Friday.

Sooooo, I'll not be there.

Living on the edge, aren't you? Still, that's probably not as risky as tracking a car which is for sale. Cars for sale almost always attract problems, for some reason. Murphy's Law, maybe.

Dude, you don't need to hit the enter button on the excuse generator more than one time!

I really wanted to go, since they do such a good job, and the track may be going away. But the hassles and expenses started adding up real quickly, so I bagged it.

Plus (here's another excuse), I'm going to Thunderhill in July. And Pat's Acres.
