Default Thinking of moving to BC

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of moving to Vancouver area and want to purchase a new house.
I've seen the prices around Vancouver area for a new house and am still in shock
I was just wondering if you guys could give me some site links to developers around greater Vancouver area.
And also some pointers to which area would be the best considering i'll be working out of downtown Vancouver.
Thanks in Advance.

It totally depends on what you are doing. Living downtown Van is very expensive right now (leading up to the 2010 olympics) after that the market is expected to even out. You could always move east of Vancity and commute for a couple years until that happens. Unless you have lots of money

yeah i've seen match box houses being sold off for 500 - 700k
i guess the price is for land, im thinking about getting something within that price range but not a match box house.

I've been thinking of moving to Canada after I get married. Don't tell my fiance that it's all about the legal GTR.
