Hi All,

I'm planning on doing two back-to-back DE events at Thunderhill this October. The first -- run by Hooked-on-Driving -- will take place on Friday, 10/26, and is open exclusively to Corvette owners (I get a pass because I

I believe that both sponsors are running the traditional (counter clockwise) direction. I got the chance last year to run the track clockwise -- that was a treat. But neither is to be confused with "counterinsurgency-wise" or whatever it was that Mike was referring to...

I have done Thunderhill and it is a great track. Lots of run off room so you are less likely to hurt you or your car. There are some great turns especially turn 5.

My favorite was actually T9.

T9 is the "other" blind over-the-hill corner, the higher-speed one.

Yeah, that's the one. I thought it was a lot of fun, once Pete told me about the building. I was getting a bit lost until then.

T3 is also fun, because it's just a big festival of off-camberness.

T2 is pretty much the same as T2 at Pacific -- the key is to have a little patience.
