I would go somewhere else. We are heading into the rainy season which should end sometime in late June.

Seattle is a beautiful city with lots of fabulous restaurants and sights, worth a visit in any weather. The humidity is a bonus, it keeps our complexions soft and smooth.

I love the Northwest, but you have to admit this isn't the ideal time of year to show it off.

Reminds me of a story...

There was this girl who was a friend of mine (and I was kind of hot on, but she was just a friend -- damn that!). Anyway, she had a boyfriend who lived down in the Bay Area. And he came up here for a weekend during the winter one time.

Well he wanted what most guys want when they fly 1000 miles to visit a girl, but that weekend he was up visiting was the first sunny weekend in months. And so she wanted to go outside, walk around, go for a hike, etc. He was, shall we say, more interested in staying inside, and was kind of pissed that he came up here to see her but she wanted to go out and do stuff.

Considering my situation in the whole deal, I must say I was mightily amused when she told me the next week that her weekend had been a little awkward.

Yeah, I know. I didn't ask for the messy details.

Ride the Duck! Not sure if it runs during winter but its pretty fun when you get the crowd into it us much as the driver. Its basicly a 1.5 hr tour of Seattle.

Can't really recommend a restaurant in Seattle since I rarely eat there but, Joey's on Lake Union is a good restaurant with a hot/cute staff. The Met if you want good but super expensive steak. Have fun!

Restaurants are too person-specific. Also, there are way too many catagories. Ask a better question and you might get a better answer.
