Hmmm... they didn't ask, we suggested it. Last year a group of us got together with the former maintenance manager and discussed the establishment of a "preferred relationship" with them. This stemmed from a lot of dissatisfaction with respect to how we were being treated at other locations. After much discussion among ourselves we decided that Westwood had the best reputation and we would approach them. We were not offered much, except for an understanding that our "special concerns" would be considered when we brought our cars in.
Since that time, they have a new service manager who is much more interested in becoming involved with us. He wants to meet with the group when we have a meet, get to know us, and work with us. I mentioned the relationship that T.I.T.S. (you know, the irvine club) has with one of their dealership and he seemed receptive. T.I.T.S. has a dealership that through a party for them last year, offered them free oil changes and did a whole bunch of work for them for free. Now, while Louis (the new guy) hasn't committed to that, he certainly was interested in hearing more about how we can help.
Ultimately, what it came down to was we (the Vancouver drivers) would support them, if they go the extra mile for us. To date, in my dealings with them, they have been doing just that. Aside from my own issues, the manager intervened at my request when one owner had a major engine failure and was being denied warranty from a different dealership and Honda Canada. Ultimately the engine was replaced... Did they cause it to happen? Who knows, but at least they offered to help.
Combine that with $30 oil changes, careful adherence to my no wash policy, replacing my brakes, fixing my windows, and replacing my hard top I must say I am very happy with them. Now in contrast, I took the car to my local Langley dealership and was charged almost double for the oil change because of the "high performance nature" of the car!!!!
This is why we had a thread dealing with service at Westwood. The good thing, is that people are going there. When I spoke to Louis last, he said several S2000 owners have brought their cars in and told the service people that they read on the internet that Westwood was the place to get their car serviced.
Now, that is what I call power to the people. We can use our collective might to get treated in a manner which we deserve.

But naming s2ki on to their site doesn't sound right to me.

That was me (i think). Mel and I just purchased a house on Heritage Mountain. It is being built now, so we went up to take a look. So far they have got to the point of building the frames for the footings
In another 6 months we should have our new house. BTW, we chose the new house just because it is only a five minute drive to Westwood
