Default what kinda diff would you get?

so its been since november i think since my rear diff went out. and its been garaged ever since!!! what kind of diff would you guys get? or have you guys gotten? let me know

4.77's in an AP2 diff with CT reinforcement. Not that Ihave given it any though or anything

what kind of "went out" are we talking about here? a replace some gears "went out", torsen "went out" or a replace the whole kit'n kaboodle "went out"?

I won a used AP1 diff off eBay for $392, if that helps you decide. Took about 3 hours to install.

Why not the R200 out of a nissan? Alot of people in australia are using it on their high horsepower and track cars. Check out Inlinepro.com, they have a kit you can buy that bolts right up.

No sense of putting any diff. in a casing that can't hold even if it's life depend on it.

Since you probably wont exceed 400hp, I'd just recommend some 4.44s in an AP2 housing with CT reinforcement. Maybe 4.57s. I had that setup but the gears go by pretty quickly for DD.

I would go with 4.57's with CT diff. Thats what I plan on next
