A ways away, but a good guy and he is looking for a buyer. Doesn't hurt to offer.

I saw that, but was kind of afraid to insult the guy with a low offer. I threw 17k out (which is a little more than I want to spend) so we'll see if he's really desperate to sell. Nice ride though. Very clean. It'll be a bit of a project car, so I'm trying to go in cheap, but not too cheap.

Oh hey man! Thought I might catch you on here. I'm actually modding this post. I convinced the wife to let me spend a little more, so I'm bumping this up to the...

$18,000 RANGE.. just in case some other people are interested now.

Anyway, you still doing any track day stuff? I'm going to need to learn how to really drive this thing.

That lets out Ray and me. But especially Ray.

The guy you want to talk to goes by the name "lig".

18 should be very do-able. I paid 17 for mine and somewhat overpaid for the mileage I got, but I couldn't beat the treatment it'd had it's whole life.

I passed on a few 01-02s in the 15 range when I was shopping this last June.

Not for sale @ 18K. Thanks for the kudos. Drove the S2000 today - top down in the morning. In the PM watched hail bounce off of my hood!

Had to go home and wash/wax it before it went into the garage.
