Default WTB - Trunk Spring Tool

Planning to add the OEM rear lip. Anyone in the Seattle area have the spring tool they'd like to part with? Lend? Rent?
TIA,
Chris

if you are looking for a trunk remover tool you really don't need it. it is helpful but i think you can just use screw driver to twist it.

why do you need trunk remover tool to add rear lip?

If you find one, I'd like to use it as well. I still have the stock trunk spring after I installed the OEM rear spoiler and the trunk still opens okay.

I didn't spend too much time, but don't think one can remove the stock trunk spring with a screw driver.

But if you can, please share how

i removed mine and reinstalled it with using trunk remover tool but i don't think you really need it.

to remove it you don't really need anything i just popped it off on each side and came right off.

to install it is a bit tricky since you have to twist the bar to put it back into it's place and trunk remover tool is helpful but i don't think it's necessary.

it's kinda hard to explain but it's doable without a tool.

No worries. Not in a rush. Whenever it's convenient for you.
