Heading out west again soon
Some of you may remember my posts from last year on my trip to Page, Arizona (link).
This September (3rd through 10th) I'm going back to Moab, Utah where I haven't been in, oh, 5 years or so.
What's got me even more excited is that I've picked up the new Canon 17mm tilt/shift lens from lensrentals.com to take with me.
Pictures will definitely be posted.

Well, CRAP!!!!
I am officially an old man. I have come down with a case of Shingles, which is making it difficult to get out of bed, much less hike around the sandstone clifffs of Moab, so I had to cancel my trip.
I am soooooooo pissed right now!!!!
American Airlines gave me a credit on my tickets that's good for 6 months, so it looks like I will be rescheduling my trip for sometime between now and March.
Sigh.
I am officially an old man. I have come down with a case of Shingles, which is making it difficult to get out of bed, much less hike around the sandstone clifffs of Moab, so I had to cancel my trip.

Well, it seems I wrote too soon.
Not 2 hours after making my update post, I suddenly started feeling much better!
Like get out of bed and mow the yard better.
I was able to redo all my flight and hotel reservations and make the trip!
I'm currently sitting in the Dallas airport waiting for my flight to Salt Lake City. Still feeling very good.
