Default Acadia NP in a different light

Ok Im up in Acadia National Park Maine shooting for fun for 2 days. I have one from today to share. These will not be your typical coast and ocean shots. First off a mushroom yep a mushroom

Constructive comments always welcome and this was PP in my hotel room on an uncalibrated laptop so it the colors are off that will explain why.

Handheld 1/60 at 17mm yep 17mm i was maybe 3 inches from this thing when shot.

yeah the grass seems a bit too green, but it does set off the shroom quite well. so I don't know if you should leave it or tone down the grass a bit.

I just got back to hotel wow what a long day. Biked and hiked 18. Miles today with an 80 pound backpack I'm dead. Did little shooting as it was fun hiking and biking. Did get some nice shots I hope. Gonna look at them after dinner hopefully I can get another shot posted tonight. Thanks for the comments so far.

OK just one tonite, im way to tired

This was about 10-14 minutes after sunset. the sky was on fire and this shot was pushed as far as I could push it. But you get the idea it was RED!
