Dude.. I've been all over that site in the last 2 weeks or so. In fact, I ordered the infinity gadget thingys last Friday. I'm not sure flash photography is my thing, but I'm interested in at least learning more than I know now.. which is virtually nothing.

I'm thinking about doing their bootcamp too. I don't want to do the pc outlet connection to flash, so I'm thinking aboug picking up some pocket wizards, but man... those things are pricey (~$300 for a set).

So, my Gadget Infinity V2 wireless trigger arrived on my desk this morning, so I'll try it out tonight. I don't have a umbrella, but I do have the 5-in-1 reflector kit from Alien Bees, so I'll play around with the 'shoot-through' diffuser and the reflectors to see what happens. I'm sure it will mostly be trial and error.
I only have one cheap tripod, so the flash will be mounted on that, and then I need to figure out a way to make the diffuser/reflector stay where I want it. Should be interesting.

I could sell my S and still not have money for it all.
