I am posting this publicly in the most respectful manner I can.

You have come into the photography forum recently, and began posting your thoughts and opinions. You also don't know anyone here, while most of us know each other, whether personally, or from a long time of forum interaction.

You have recently sent me PMs that were uncalled for, especially from a new person like you to our little group. That is NOT how we run here. You don't know anyone here, and you don't know anyone's capabilities. We have had a few people claiming that they have been shooting since the dawn of day, and thinking they know everything, when in reality, we have plenty of talented people here that are fantastic photographers, and don't need lecturing.

So, you can either be a little more humble and learn a thing or two (you have plenty to learn) and stop acting like your word is oak, or you will wind up on plenty of ignore lists.

I hope you can join out tight little group and be of value, rather than a detraction.

I swapped a couple of PM's with Red with regards to a couple of things he's said since joining this tight knit group.

Hopefully we can move forward positively now, as Dave says this one of the tighter sections on the forum and we will keep it that way.

I'll leave this open if Red wants to respond, but otherwise it will be closed and we can get on with helping Dave spend more of his hard earned cash on lenses.

 

I will speak for myself I found out the hard way how cool this group is, and Im happy that I learned. This is really one tight group and Im proud to consider myself part of them.

I'm here, and trying to keep my nose clean. Not sure how I feel about people who feel they must make private issues public, but it's OK.
