i took this pictures on Sunday looked fine on the camera but when i loaded the pictures to the computer this what came out??

I would also agree that it can possibly be a problem from your memory card. A couple of years ago, I accidentally dropped my rebel right after I took a shot, which meant it hit on impact while it was still buffering the images. The camera was fine, however, all the pics I took prior to the dropped had somehow been removed and the picture being buffered during the drop showed only half, just like the picture you posted.

well yesterday i took over 100 pictures at the capital and all of them loaded fine. the pictures before that messed up one are fine as well.

Yep, that's a corrupt file - no real way of telling where the corruption occurrred, but most likely on transfer to the computer if it looked fine in the camera...

Have you tried viewing the image in the camera again?
Did you transfer the image via a card reader, or by hooking up the camera to your computer?
Have you tried copying that image to the computer again?
Is the card a reputable brand, or a knock-off? How old?
Have you run any error checks on the card?

It's likely just a one-off transfer error - if everything is working fine now, just attribute it to whatever 'threat' you believe in, & keep shooting.
