Judging from the reflection, that looks like a hard top.

Or could be snow on the soft top, but still a bit shiny for a soft top.

looks like a soft top to me....

love it...i drove my ap1 thru 3 canadian winters and loved every minute of it.

Soft top, just put up before the photo was taken after taking it for a drive w/ it down, hence the muddy snow dripping down its side.
