$$$$$$$$ It would have been more than triple the price.

I've played with the ST-E2. It's pretty sweet. I like that I don't need to plug receivers into the flashes (thus driving the cost more.) Eventually, I will switch to PW, but I think this will be great for a while to come.

I may be missing something. Given your experience, can you justify that cost? Based on what I know the only advantage I get is better outdoor range.
