sometimes I shoot high iso 800, 1600, or 3200

not sure which will be the best for my imac 24" 4gb ram, 2.4 mhz, CS3, Jpg shooter, one client is shot in RAW, I resize my images in Bridge 600x350
and add my

Both pics were shot at ISO 3200 first pic i didn't use NN, 2nd one I did.

I use NN as a plug-in. When I chose it a year or two ago it was about a dead-heat with Neat Image for image quality. Very easy to create custom profiles for your own camera at eash ISO setting and it made an improvement to me.

Net effect of NN for me is about one full stop of improvement to my D70s pics. I can shoot at ISO 400 and get almost exactly ISO 200 results, same for 800 now looking like 400.

I turn off any sharpening settings because I use PK Sharpener instead.

I just use the standard 5D profiles from the NN site. I tweak the luminance settings manually.

I hardly use NN anyway since the pics come out TOO smooth.

so its lookin like $80 , plugin and because I'm using a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
