There's this kid at church that is a terror 95% of the time. However, she has beautiful eyes and also loves to have her picture taken. She was sitting under a table near the door at church and so I sat down in front of her and snapped this shot.

All natural light and I only took this one shot, so there was no playing around to get it set up. After that, she went back to trying to eat the balloon (I said she was a terror 95% of the time!).



Another kid was standing around and asked me to take his picture so I also snapped this one. Kids don't like to stand still so again, I only got the one shot.

I see you're making good use of your 50mm f1.4! Shots are amazing -- the first one is WOW. You should track down her parents and give em a copy.

 

I plan on printing the first one, for sure. I know the families all really well (small church) so I'd have no problem finding them.
