ISO Question
I go as low as possible depending on the conditions
For example: During the day when its light i go as low as possible but in a dark church you still want to be as low as possible but not that low that you cant keep the camera steady...

As someone mentioned earlier, I try to keep the ISO as low as possible for whatever the current shooting condtions are at the time.
I try hard not to go above 800 because of problems with noise.

Assuming that you have the camera set on an automatic shutter speed mode, then you should change to a higher ISO setting when the shutter is taking a longer time to take pictures. Or you can simply bump it up when you realize your pictures are blurry.
