Here's my contribution by the way, taken at literally the very end of the month, July 31st for sunset.
I was rushed with the pictures because I ended up having to help someone from the lookout down the mountain, but they turned out pretty decent I think. Taken with the Nikon D7100 I just purchased.

Great pictures, but I find this one absolutely amazing!
Incredible detail on the spider, what lens did you use may I ask?

Thanks Tom, it's good to know you don't always have to spend a ton of money on a lens to get a good result. I'm actually pretty happy with the lenses my camera came with, but I do have to say the D7100 itself is an excellent camera for the money. I never planned on getting too involved into macro photography (more into landscapes), but for relatively a little more money I might have to get a macro lens like that one . Just another reason I'm more happy with my new camera, as I'm not wanting nor able to pay thousands of dollars on lenses .
