So i just finished editing my shots from my trip to Denver CO, and Mt Rushmore last week.

Right before i left i purchased a 40d so was able to play with it the entire trip. there was a lot of trial and error but it felt like my 20d. i really like the new body, but i sort of miss the loud shutter of the 20d.

most of the shots were using my 28-135 is with a circular polarizer. i really like the way the sky turned out, some of the shots it was a lot bluer then others but i really like the way the shots turned out.

Definitely looks like a fun trip. A little post processing to bring out the colors and contrast will make the pictures stand out more.

I was at Mt. Rushmore just last November but I didn't stay long enough to see it at night!
