I took some pics at an Autocross, and edited them with CS2 using just the sliders for brightness/contrast etc... Any comments/criticisms/suggestions for the future would be greatly appreciated!!

What gear are you shooting with? The all seem a bit soft on the focus. Or, was that intentional in the post-processing.

haha, i sadly dont know what you mean by "gear" (this is my 1st slr, so all the terminlogy is pretty new to me) but you can see all the details of the pics on if clicking on one of the pics. but yeah, i did make them kind of soft on the focus with the post processing. here's the original pic to compare the edited one to.

If you're shooting with an SLR... there's something up with your pics. Are you shooting at the highest quality setting? Any shot data such as ISO, Shutter, Aperture, etc? It looks as if the picture was taken from a camera phone or a low quality point & shoot.

Your post-processing is great though IMO! Looks like you like adding vignetting!

Yeah, I was shooting with a Rebel XT, shooting in RAW. Shot data is i think 1/50th of a second, 200 ISO, and a focal length of 55mm, and the aperature was automatically adjusted. ...

They kind of look better when enlarged a bit, as I didn't crop or resize them, which I see i should've done. lol
